London, UK / Malmö, Sweden — November 2025 — How does an indie studio bring a competitive, genre-bending PvP title to market in today’s fast-moving games landscape? For Sweden-based Aftermath Interactive, the answer is a partnership with Player Found, the UK based influencer agency at the forefront of organic influencer marketing.
The studio’s upcoming free-to-play title, Hands of Victory, fuses classic poker strategy with hero-based mechanics and a skill-driven scoring system designed to make every hand count. Following a successful run as a web-based, tournament-only experience, the game is now gearing up for its Steam demo debut in mid-November.
“The unique nature of our game means that slow organic growth just wasn’t an option,” says Kim Lund, Studio Head at Aftermath Interactive. “Player Found’s strategic plan and their genuine passion for what we’re building made them the obvious choice for launch.”
As part of the partnership, Player Found will activate its extensive creator network to introduce Hands of Victory to audiences through a month-long influencer campaign. The initiative will culminate in an exclusive competitive tournament on leading esports platform Challengermode, where over 200 players will test their skills in high-stakes, fast-paced matches.
“Because Hands of Victory introduces new ways to think strategically, influencer-led education was the natural fit,” Lund continues. “Watching creators play live helps new players immediately understand the depth and excitement behind the mechanics.”
An Early Access release is planned to follow soon after the demo campaign concludes.
